Canadian sales for farm tractor sales fell by 6.7% in August 2025 compared to last year, while combine sales grew 52.2%.
Total farm tractor inventory began at 99,490 in August.
Year-to-date, AEM reports 88,949 tractors sold in this category, down 7.6% from 96,257 at the same time last year.
Two-wheel drive, sub-40-hp tractor inventory began at 62,857 in August.
Year-to-date, AEM reports 34,219 tractors sold in this category, down 5.4% from 36,169 at the same time last year.
