In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture is thick, pale, and smooth. Add the mascarpone cheese to the bowl and gently fold it into the egg mixture until creamy. Carefully fold this whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers, then spread the rest of the cream mixture on top.
