Solar energy developer BOOM Power has announced that the examination phase of its application for a development consent order (DCO), for a proposed 237.5MW solar development, has concluded.
The examination phase of the DCO application for the Fenwick Solar Farm has now concluded, which means the application now moves into the recommendation phase.
BOOM Power notes that the examination process, which began on 19 March this year, has concluded earlier than the normal six-month timeframe for examinations.

In May, BOOM Power was granted a DCO for the 400MW East Yorkshire Solar Farm, the developer’s first DCO approval.
