Homeowner given the green light for wrap-around extension

The plans show the single-storey extension on 112 Alexandra Road in Stoneclough will extend around the full length of the side and back of the building.
Planners noted that the attached house at 110 Alexandra Road already has a single-storey extension with a hipped roof.

Their report concluded that the extension would not cause harm to neighbours by overshadowing or loss of privacy.
Planners said the proposed extension is in line with development policies and approved the application.
