Bolton man Daniel Seddon, now 39, was jailed last month after being convicted of sexually abusing a girl who was under 16 at the time. Now an adult woman, Seddon’s victim has now spoken to The Bolton News about her relief at seeing him brought to justice. She said: “I think it’s just a massive relief, it took a long time but I was happy when it was finally done with. The woman said: “I think a lot of people are scared of coming forward and not being believed because you do hear some horror stories. “Just don’t be afraid to speak up about something, a lot of people are scared but if you say something you can get justice.”
