Virudunagar (Tamil Nadu) [India], October 3 (ANI): Indian National Congress Member of Parliament from Virudunagar Parliamentary Constituency, Manickam Tagore has written letter to the Prime Minister of India regarding the omission of OBC reservation in the latest ICAR recruitment notification. As per law, OBCs are entitled to 27% reservation in all direct recruitment posts under the Central Govt. In the letter, he pointed out that, as per the Government of India's reservation policy, 27% of posts must be reserved for OBC candidates. "I am writing on behalf of OBC youth regarding the significant shortfall in the allocation of posts reserved for Other Backward Classes (OBC) in the ongoing Delhi Police recruitment process.
