Ms Walker, who holds a Level 3 childcare qualification, works all year round from Monday to Friday.
“The childminder delivers an ambitious, well-planned curriculum that reflects high expectations for all children,” inspectors wrote.
“She models language effectively, uses praise purposefully, and weaves songs and rhymes into daily routines to support vocabulary development.
The childminder prioritises ongoing professional development through regular, relevant training.” Walker also actively engages with other local childminders and incorporates new research into her work.
