The man accused of the domestic violence murder of his former partner Molly Ticehurst is in an “advanced stage of negotiations” with prosecutors as he prepares to enter a plea, a court has been told. He has yet to enter a plea and he was not present as his matter was mentioned in Parkes Local Court on Friday morning. The court was told the parties were in the “90 per cent range” of having come to an agreement on a statement of agreed facts.
