Police have launched a public appeal to find a woman who has been missing since Tuesday. Sarah Addison, aged 45, was last seen in Kingswood on September 30. When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified and inquiries commenced to locate her. “She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with a pink logo on the front and cargo pants.”Sarah is known to frequent the Werrington, Cranebrook, Kingswood, Winmalee, Glenbrook and Springwood areas.
