Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari Box Office Collection Day 1: Despite poor reviews and another controversial song remake, Sunny Sankari Ki Tulsi Kumari had a decent opening at the box office.
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film’s India net collection on day 1 was Rs 9.25 crore.
While it’s no Kantara or War 2, this is a decent start for the Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor-starrer.
Helmed by Shashank Khaitan, who directed Varun in Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya, and Janhvi in Dhadak, the film had already been kneecapped the moment the reviews started pouring in.
Janhvi Kapoor would still be glad with this opening day performance, as it is higher than that of her previous film, Param Sundari.
