Gemma Collins has declared she'll never be thin as she opened up about how weight loss injections have changed her life. She began using NHS-approved weight loss injections in November 2024 and, while she prefers to keep her current weight private, it's reported that the star has now shed more than three stone. The reality star acknowledged that weight loss injections aren't for everyone, but said they have made a huge difference to her personally. She said: 'I really don't know what's happened to me, I really don't, it's just come on me overnight. It was a bit of a shock to her to really see the effect the weight loss has had on her face.
