Waste Management’s Alliance Landfill recently delivered a $10,000 donation to officers of the Taylor Fire & Rescue. The gift will provide important support to a fundraising campaign the volunteer squad is conducting to purchase new equipment, including a device used to remove disabled first responders from an emergency scene; bailout bags, which are used when a firefighter needs to quickly escape from a dangerous situation; and thermal imaging cameras.
