Sheila was born on Nov. 12, 1967, in Liberty, Texas, to father Jimmy Ray Pouncey Sr and mother May Dell McAdams. She is survived by her husband, Keith Brooks; her daughters, Keisha Collier and husband CW; Lacrissa Brooks and partner Clayton Luman; grandchildren, Olivia Collier, Avery Brooks, Hayden Luman, Caleb Luman and Mattie Luman. Sheila will be remembered for her infectious laughter, compassionate heart, and the countless lives she touched with generosity and wisdom. She loved all pretty flowers, and her girls want to make it beautiful for their Momma and Mimi. If you knew Sheila at all you know that she is resting with our Lord in Heaven and will be watching over us.
