President William Ruto has hinted that his administration could appoint a woman as the next chairperson of the Public Service Commission (PSC). Ruto said women have consistently proven their leadership skills and excellence across different sectors. He added, “I am beginning to confirm that what men can do, ladies can do better. I know we are in the process of hiring the chairperson of our Public Service Commission (PSC). I believe they would do us a great job.”The President’s remarks come as the current PSC chairperson, Ambassador Anthony M. Muchiri, nears the end of his tenure.
