When someone declares themselves to be a Republican these days, you can assume that they accept all of the above without even having to ask. Those who vote Republican are saying with their vote that they also accept all of the above without question. As usual the current president will be referred to as FIWH or the Felon in the White House. The current Republican Party will be referred to as MAGAs so as not to confuse it with what was the party of Lincoln and Eisenhower.
