Orange County Sheriff's Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop Sept. 10 in Bridge City near the 2400 block of SH-73. During the traffic stop, deputies became suspicious that the driver, identified as Marvas Turner, was involved in criminal activity. "Law enforcement in Orange County will continue to be relentless in their efforts to stop crime and apprehend those suspected of breaking the law," stated Sheriff Bobby Smith. "The latest seizure of illegal narcotics and apprehension of a suspected drug dealer highlights the significance of law enforcement agencies working together. I want to thank the men and women at the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Orange Police Department, and Bridge City Police Department for their professionalism and teamwork."
