Wilbert Louis Arnold, 70, of Welch, La,, passed September 9, at Golden Age of Welch Nursing Home in Welch. Cremation will be under the direction of Sparrow Funeral Home. An Orange native, he was raised and educated in Orange. Most of his working years were spent in Orange before moving to Welch some 15 years ago. Survivors include four brothers, Alvin Arnold, James Arnold and J. Christopher Arnold (Erica) of Orange, and John Arnold, Sr. (Wanda) of Beaumont; sister, Wanda Keller (Tom) of Port Arthur.
