A “Wheel of Fortune” contestant made history Tuesday night after taking home the largest prize ever won on the game. Christina Derevjanik of Stamford, Connecticut told Good Morning America (GMA) on Wednesday that she was in “complete shock” after winning the money. At the beginning of the bonus round, Derevjanik joked that that if she won the $1 million prize she would resign from her job. To win, the contestant must land on the wedge, solve the puzzle and make it to the bonus round without becoming bankrupt. Viewers can watch “Wheel of Fortune” Monday-Friday at 7:30 p.m.
