On Oct. 1, Amazon phased out its long-running Amazon Prime Invitee program. Since 2009, Amazon Prime members had been able to share free two-day shipping with one other adult – regardless of where they lived. The Family program allows Prime members to share not just shipping, but also Prime Video, Prime Day access and other perks.
