Woodland law enforcement made another arrest in an investigation into a shooting in August, according to a post made by the Woodland Police Department on Facebook. On Wednesday, Oct. 1, the Woodland Police Department Detectives arrested 24-year-old Kelvin Garcia-Cardenas of Woodland on the 300 block of Hanson Way at about 7:10 a.m. Following the arrest, a search warrant was served at Garcia-Cardenas’ residence. “Our Investigations Bureau continues to investigate and follow up on this case,” a spokesperson for the Police Department stated. “Anyone with further information about this shooting is encouraged to call the non-emergency line at 530-666-2411 and ask to speak with an officer.”
