Defined benefit pension consulting firm BCG Pension Risk Consultants and BCG Penbridge added Tom Sablak and Sam Mossing to its de-risking consulting practice, the firm announced Tuesday. The duo will help drive and deliver cost management and de-risking consulting services for defined benefit pension plans, according to a firm statement. He previously held actuarial roles at Pacific Life and at Western & Southern Financial Group, where he conducted pension risk transfer pricing. “Tom and Sam are two fantastic additions to our industry leading team, reinforcing our commitment to continue as a leading provider of pension risk consulting and PRT implementation services for defined benefit pension plans,” said Mike Devlin, BCG’s founder and principal, in a statement.
