Lafayette’s Centaurus High School is hosting the Colorado Bandmasters Association’s Northern Marching Band Regional competition on Oct. 13. Performances begin at 3:15 p.m. and continue throughout the day with the final band scheduled to perform at 8:30 p.m. The University of Colorado Golden Buffalo Marching Band will perform an exhibition show at 8:45 p.m. Awards are scheduled to be announced at 9 p.m.Boulder Valley bands performing are Broomfield High, Centaurus High, Fairview High and Monarch High. Centaurus is located at 10300 W. South Boulder Road, Lafayette.
