Judson credited the Shakori Hills staff for acting quickly to grab fire extinguishers before emergency personnel arrived. "Today at the 21st Annual Fall Shakori Hills GrassRoots Festival of Music & Dance, during setup and before music and main activities began, there appears to have been a propane explosion within a food truck.
