A delegation of the Pakistan Romania Business Council (PRBC) met Commissioner Karachi, Syed Hassan Naqvi, to discuss ways of expanding economic cooperation and building stronger ties between Pakistan and Romania. The delegation included PRBC Chairman Sohail Shamim Firpo, Advisor and Chief Operating Officer Atif Farooqi, and Regional Lead for Sindh, Jatin Kumar, said a PRBC press release. PRBC Advisor and COO Atif Farooqi expressed appreciation for the support extended by Romania’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Dr. Dan Stoenescu. The PRBC delegation noted that the council remains committed to working with government institutions to ensure that initiatives taken at the diplomatic level are translated into practical opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors. Commissioner Naqvi acknowledged the role of the PRBC in creating a bridge between the private sector and official channels.
