These new missiles would likewise add capacity and capability to Ukraine’s nascent arsenal of indigenously produced long-range missiles. While Trump has threatened tariffs on Russian oil customers such as China, sanctions are the better option. But even though some European countries — mainly Hungary and Slovakia — continue to buy some Russian oil and gas, that is no excuse for US inaction.
