Hammond Innovations wants to equip care practitioners with real-time, digestible information to improve care, healthcare innovator Dr Anna Barker tells Australian Ageing Agenda.
This is one of three priorities for driving better outcomes in dementia, palliative and complex care at Hammond Innovations – a new initiative launched this week by dementia and palliative care specialists HammondCare.
“We know that there is a lot of opportunity to equip them with the right tools, knowledge and processes for them to deliver better care every time,” Dr Barker – executive general manager of Hammond Innovations – tells Australian Ageing Agenda.
Of her new role, Dr Barker says she’s looking forward to making a big impact at Hammond Innovations through collaboration.
“I am super excited about this role, because it is an opportunity to transform care in dementia, palliative and complex care.
