sThe Cohort 9.0 business founders, mentors and the BetaDen team during the programme onboarding day at the Malvern Hills Science Park in Malvern. sEIGHT ambitious tech businesses from across the region have been selected to join Worcestershire’s award-winning business support programme, BetaDen Accelerate, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for the county’s innovation landscape. In a first for BetaDen, three of the eight businesses selected for Cohort 9.0 previously took part in the organisation’s newly established Incubate programme. Cohort 9.0 participants will also present their innovations at BetaDen’s annual technology Showcase in February next year. Gary Woodman, chief executive of Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, said: “Cohort 9.0 is an inspiring group of businesses, each addressing critical challenges in unique and innovative ways, right here at the heart of Worcestershire.
