Mono County Community Support Grant Programs​MEDIA CONTACT:Justin Caporusso/Caporusso Communications[email protected](916) 412-0571​FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEMono County Community Support Grant Programs​Funding Available for Non-Profits, Arts, and History​MONO COUNTY, CA – [October 2, 2025] – Mono County, through its Economic Development, Tourism, and Film Commission, is pleased to announce that applications are now open for three Community Support Grant Programs to assist established non-profit organizations across the county. ​The grant programs available are:​Community Event Marketing Fund (CEMF)The CEMF is designed to help non-profit groups advertise and promote tourism-based community events to markets outside the Eastern Sierra, with the goal of increasing year-round visitation and overnight stays. ​Total Program Funding (FY 25-26): $25,000​Historical Societies Grant Program (HSGP)This program supports established non-profit historical societies and museums in Mono County with eligible projects and programs. ​Total Program Funding (FY 25-26): $14,000​Performing & Visual Arts Grant Program (PVAG)The PVAG supports established non-profit Performing and Visual Arts organizations in Mono County with eligible projects and programs. ​Community Grant Program Q&AInterested applicants are invited to attend a virtual Q&A session for an overview of the grant programs and to ask questions:​ When: Friday, October 3rd at 12:00 p.m.Friday, October 3rd at 12:00 p.m. ​Zoom Link: https://monocounty.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_vXFdsNGSpagij4els0flg​Let me know if you have any questions about this information!
