The Diabetes Football Community (TDFC) is in with a chance of securing funding through the Tesco’s Stronger Starts scheme and it needs the public’s help to win. TDFC, a Worcestershire-based Community Interest Company, supports people living with type 1 diabetes through football, education and peer support.
