THOMASVILLE — The Thomas County Central Booster Club hosted its inaugural car and truck show last weekend, raising important funds for students participating in 26 different GHSA-sanctioned sports. Pascal Autrey won a Smith Bros gift certificate, while Karen won an O’neal’s gift certificate. Alana Glover won a Lewis Produce gift basket, while Tricia Glover won an O’neal’s gift certificate, a Cinnamom gift certificate, and a Missy Wilder chocolate cake to nosh on. “We had one military Jeep at the show, and its owner even dressed the part.”Sowell and his fellow TCCHS Booster Club Board members are still calculating the total amount raised from the day, but shared that while the Car and Truck show is over, individuals can still continue to give to the TCCHS Booster Club if they feel called.
