Photo credit should read: Fabio De Paola/PA Media AssignmentsTHE PERFECT slice of cheese on toast has officially been immortalised in Worcestershire, thanks to famed local sauce producer Lea & Perrins. According to Lea & Perrins, over a third of Brits put sauce on top of the cheese, losing out on maximum flavour. The preserved slice joins the Lea & Perrins archive collection and will be on public display from September 23, 2025.
