The Evanston Arts Council is seeking nominations for the 47th annual Mayor’s Awards for the Arts, which recognize and honor artists or arts organizations that have made significant contributions to the arts in Evanston. Community members are encouraged to nominate an Evanston artist or arts organization by completing the 2025 Mayor’s Awards for the Arts nomination form by Monday, Oct. 20. The winners of the Mayor’s Awards for the Arts will be celebrated during “A Bright Night for the Arts,” scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19 at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center. The Evanston Arts Council looks forward to receiving nominations and celebrating the artists and organizations that help shape our city through the arts.
