The University of Maine and Husson University men’s basketball teams have announced that they will play an early season scrimmage in Bangor later this month. This will be the first home exhibition game for UMaine coach Chris Markwood, according to the school. The game is free for UMaine and Husson students who show a valid student ID. UMaine opens its regular season at George Washington on Nov. 3. Husson hosts the University of Maine at Fort Kent on Nov. 10 for its regular season debut.
