We might have a few friends and family members whom we trust, but we rarely feel true “belonging.”I was 17 when I first encountered real community. I was disturbed, yet I felt I had an answer: I had experienced a real community. The climate crisis will eventually force us to change our lifestyles, no doubt in a painful way. The future lies in the hands of real communities that will do whatever it takes to ensure a livable future.
