The Grant County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death in Montfort. During the early morning hours of October 1, the Grant County Dispatch Center received a 911 call from a residence on W. Main St. A Sheriff’s Deputy located the subject deceased inside the residence. Investigators, along with the Grant County Coroner, were working throughout the day and are continuing the investigation into this incident.
