Labor activists take steps to preserve the documents and strategies they use today, so future organizers will have a practical guide.
Its campus is home to the Walter P. Reuther Library of Labor and Urban Affairs, an archive that houses 80,000 linear feet of source materials relating to the development of the American labor movement.
At its first meeting, the archives committee tackled practical questions: Where will the archive be held?
