Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) ranks seventh for passenger satisfaction among midsized U.S. airports, scoring 683 out of 1,000 points. Power study released its findings on Sept. 17, 2025. Despite climbing from 675 to 683 points, the Fort Myers hub dropped from third place. Other Florida airports made strong showings — Jacksonville fell to fourth with 695 points, while Palm Beach climbed to fifth, scoring 688. Fifty-six percent of travelers cleared checkpoints within 10 minutes at these facilities, which handle between 4.5 and 9.9 million passengers yearly.
