Since it’s the first of September, it’s officially Back To Hogwarts day – and that’s the case, too, for one of the original cast members from the films. Because, to mark Harry Potter fan day, more casting has been confirmed for HBO’s incoming Harry Potter series , currently in production – and it’s been revealed that Warwick Davis will be going back to magic school. Davis will be reprising his role of Professor Flitwick, the Charms teacher, a role which he portrayed in the big-screen adaptation across the entire saga. Other incoming casting includes Sirine Saba as Herbology teacher Professor Sprout, Brid Brennan as the Hospital Wing nurse Madam Pomfrey, and Richard Durden as ghostly History Of Magic teacher Professor Binns – a character from the books who never appeared in the films. The series has also cast Elijah Oshin as Harry’s classmate Dean Thomas, and Finn Stephens and William Nash as Malfoy’s cronies, Crabbe and Goyle.
