Call for tender (CFT) covering the provision of the facilities management services at the ESO and ALMA premises, located in Vitacura, Santiago de Chile. The scope of the services includes three lots:Lot 1: reception services and administrative support to the Logistics and Communication departments at ESO Vitacura premises. Lot 2: cleaning, gardening and other general services at ESO Vitacura premises consisting of 7,900 m2 of built areas and 24,000 m2 of gardens. Lot 3: cleaning, minor maintenance and administrative support services at ALMA Vitacura premises consisting of a 3,000 m2 building. The process may result in a single contract for the three lots, in two or in three contracts.
