Comments for Evanston RoundTable
In the coming months, the Evanston/Skokie District 65 School Board will be faced with difficult decisions, including the closing of schools.
It is important that the community understand how the board is approaching this work.
Three: building reserves and reinvesting in buildingsLong term financial sustainability requires maintaining both our fund balance and our capital assets.
The board will make every effort to attend sessions across the district so that every ward and every community is represented in this process.
Sincerely,Sergio Hernandez Jr. is president of the Evanston/Skokie School District 65 board; Nichole Pinkard, PhD is the board’s vice president.
