Morse Micro, a Sydney, Australia-based provider of fabless Wi-Fi HaLow silicon solutions, raised $59M in Series C funding. The round was led by MegaChips with participation from National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC), Blackbird, Main Sequence, Uniseed, Ray Stata, Malcolm and Lucy Turnbull, Startmate, Hostplus, NGS, and UniSuper. Led by CEO Michael De Nil, Morse Micro is a Wi-Fi HaLow fabless semiconductor company enhancing IoT connectivity with its technology, which supports the adoption of new long-range, low-power Wi-Fi HaLow solutions. Its first generation MM6108 and newly launched MM8108 silicon deliver the Wi-Fi HaLow connectivity on the market. The company has offices in United States, Taiwan, China, India, Japan and the United Kingdom.
