Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus has offered an injury update after his side secured a victory over Manchester City in the FA Community Shield at Wembley Stadium on Sunday evening. He is not back to full fitness yet, but the Arsenal star is looking good and manager Mikel Arteta will hope he can have him available as soon as possible. The Arsenal boss delivered a positive update some days later, saying the injury is not as bad as it first appeared, and Jesus has since confirmed that. They are also set to lose United States international striker Folarin Balogun, with Inter Milan still very much interested in snapping him up. The Gunners could end up not signing another forward if Jesus’ recovery goes quicker than planned.
