Toronto, Ontario ⁠— Color Compass Corp. hosted an estimating training session at SATA Canada’s headquarters on Tuesday, where Training and Curriculum Coordinator for Color Compass⁠ Stefano Liessi⁠ conducted a hands-on workshop on estimating expertise. The day began with a hands-on audit of an estimate, where 15 attendees were told to seek potential line items. “We use this exercise to address industry-related key points,” said Tyson Anaka, key account sales representative for Color Compass. "The return on investment KPI for this group of shopowners just skyrocketed," said one attendee, Liessi told Collision Repair mag. “It’s important for us to expand on Color Compass University in Ontario and beyond, as we’re we are rapidly developing and growing.”Color Compass remains dedicated to training industry members⁠—both Anaka and Heise sat in the upcoming Color Compass training centre as they spoke to Collision Repair magazine.
