A COMMUNITY-LED project supporting special educational needs children (SEN) and their families across Bromsgrove has secured access to vital facilities to aid its work. The Access Project from the Nigel Prosser Foundation, which aims to counter the growing need for inclusive support for families and SEN children, has earned itself access to leisure facilities in Bromsgrove. It will be able to carry out its work at Everyone Active’s Bromsgrove Sport and Leisure Centre thanks to the gym operator’s Community Champions scheme. Benjamin Betteridge, Everyone Active’s contract manager, said: “We are hugely excited to support The Access Project, which we hope will make a real difference in Bromsgrove. “The Access Project is the perfect fit for us and we are delighted to welcome them into the Community Champions fold.”The project is also eligible to be shortlisted for the annual Everyone Active Champions Awards.
