A MAN has been arrested and a vehicle seized after another man died in a hit-and-run in Longbridge. A pedestrian, a 34-year-old, was struck by the vehicle on the crossing near Longbridge Station before the motorist drove off. The man was given treatment at the scene by paramedics before being transported to hospital but he sadly died later on. West Midlands Police’s specially trained officers are supporting the dead man’s family during this difficult time.
