MILWAUKEE — Johnson Controls announced that it has been named to America’s Best Employers for Company Culture list by Forbes and Statista. 2025 marks the first year of the list, which is based on an independent survey of over 218,000 U.S.-based employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The online survey included industries from manufacturing to consumer goods to healthcare and more. Recognitions highlighted best practices in company culture, such as training initiatives, employee resource groups and other elements. The final ranking recognizes the top 600 U.S. employers excelling in workplace culture.
