Canadian firm Volaris Group has acquired Brazilian software developer Useall Software, signalling its intent to tap into the surging demand for digital transformation services in Latin America’s largest economy. Headquartered in Joinville and founded more than 25 years ago, Useall Software ranks among Brazil’s leading enterprise software providers. By integrating Useall’s management platforms, Volaris expects to generate synergies that enhance product capabilities, improve customer experience, and boost operational efficiency across its existing portfolio. These include 4Site, an enterprise asset management platform serving the mining and energy sectors, and Britehouse Automotive, which expanded its footprint in automotive software. Last year, Volaris also acquired Brazil-based IDS, a public management software provider with a strong presence in healthcare and education.
