A global study by Remitly Global Inc. has placed Mexico, Brazil, and Chile among the world’s top 15 nations for entrepreneurial spirit.
Despite strong creativity and optimism, the country shows a four-point gap between entrepreneurial mindset and actual business creation.
Mexico comes 14th with 40.19 points — outpacing Australia and Italy — but faces an eight-point gap between ambition and startup activity, underscoring structural hurdles despite strong determination.
Chile, with 38.86 points, ranks 23rd in entrepreneurial spirit yet stands out globally for closing the gap between mindset and action, scoring a 17-point lead.
