Cyberpunk is incredibly CPU- and GPU-intensive, and the Z2 Extreme has the same threads and cores as the Z1 Extreme. It's possible that the first two games are CPU-bound at these settings on the Z1 Extreme and Z2 Extreme, while Guardians of the Galaxy lets the Z2 Extreme flex its GPU silicon a bit more.
