It's nearly a fortnight since our successful week of rolling strikes concluded. Unless we name further dates soon, we risk letting the momentum and energy from our strikes dissipate. Ideally, those strikes should escalate on our previous action, but as a minimum should repeat the rolling strike tactic. One possible form of escalation could be to "bookend" a week of rolling action with two additional days where all grades and functions strike together. The democratic culture of our union is that those ROs' reports, especially about next steps in disputes, are based on the steer given by reps' meetings.
